ticket.bg for AI assistants

Ask your assistant to find a show, compare the dates and prices, and hold the best seats for you. ticket.bg answers through an open MCP server that Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini can use. The assistant finds and holds; you pay on ti

What an assistant can do

  • Search shows and dates by name, in Bulgarian or English, with a date window and a city.
  • See the price groups, how many seats are free, and the best adjacent seats for your party, with the full price including fees.
  • Hold the seats for 15 minutes and give you a link to ticket.bg where you pay with your usual method.

What it cannot do

  • Pay. No assistant can pay on your behalf; the hold link opens our normal checkout.
  • Hold more than 10 tickets at once, or more than a small share of a date's free seats. Held seats are released after 15 minutes.

Connect it

The server address is the same for every assistant:

https://api.ticket.bg/v2/mcp
  1. Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the address. Or search for "ticket.bg" in the connector directory.
  2. ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & connectors → Create (developer mode) → paste the address as an MCP server. Where the ticket.bg app is listed in the directory, just enable it.
  3. Perplexity: Settings → Connectors → Add a custom connector (Pro, Max and Enterprise plans) → paste the address.
  4. Gemini: custom apps with an MCP address are available in some countries only; where they are, add the address as a custom app.

Try it

  • "Find me the best 2 seats for Chamkoria next week."
  • "When does Lubo Kirov play in Sofia, and what do tickets cost?"
  • "Hold two adjacent seats under 25 euro for the Friday show and send me the link."

For developers

The MCP server speaks the Model Context Protocol over HTTP. Tools: search_events, get_event, get_availability, find_best_seats, create_hold, get_hold, cancel_hold.

The same capabilities are available as REST; the contract is published as OpenAPI:

https://api.ticket.bg/v2/openapi.json

Every event page carries schema.org structured data, /llms.txt lists the catalogue, and robots.txt welcomes every AI crawler and agent. Holds are rate-limited per agent; the 10-ticket cap applies to everyone.

Your data

The assistant only sees what you ask it to look up and the seats it holds. Your payment and account details stay on ticket.bg.
