A) PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA NECESSARY FOR THE USE OF THE PLATFORM

1. FOR MAKING PURCHASES ON THE WEBSITE

   A profile is created for the data subject, for which purpose they must provide the following personal data:

   1. First, middle, and last name
   2. Phone number
   3. Email address
2. The data subject's data are processed on the following grounds:
   • The data subject is a party to a contract for the sale of tickets for access to events, concluded through the PLATFORM, or
   • The data subject has chosen to make a voluntary registration of a profile on the PLATFORM
3. Categories of persons to whom personal data will be provided:
   • Event organizers whose tickets are sold on the PLATFORM
   • Accountants;
   • Legal consultants.
   • State and municipal authorities and other persons – when the law requires such provision.
4. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA:
   • Insofar as applicable legislation does not require the storage of data in connection with purchases made, the same shall be erased upon request by the data subject or ex officio by the COMPANY, in the cases specified in the general terms of use of the PLATFORM.
   • Insofar as applicable legislation requires the storage of data in connection with purchases made, the same will be erased after the expiry of the statutory periods.

B) VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA FOR MARKETING PURPOSES

1. The WEBSITE contains an “Electronic newsletter” option

   Through which the data subject can register an email address for marketing purposes.

2. The data subject provides their data voluntarily and purposefully

   for receiving information from the controller regarding new offers or other information related to the operation of the PLATFORM.

3. Categories of persons to whom personal data will be provided:
   • Counterparties of the COMPANY who are assigned activities related to marketing and advertising;
   • Third parties through whose software the marketing and advertising activities are carried out.
4. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA:

   The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their email address data at any time by sending a message to the COMPANY’s contact email address indicated on the PLATFORM or by activating the unsubscribe link contained in emails for advertising and marketing purposes. Upon withdrawal of consent, the COMPANY removes the email address from the newsletter.

C) In all cases of providing data

1. The personal data subject has the right, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council:
   1. to access the collected personal data;
   2. to request their correction, restriction, or erasure;
   3. to object to the processing or to withdraw their consent to processing;
   4. to lodge a complaint in case of a breach of the controller’s obligations when processing the data.
