Lubo Kirov announced "New Tour 2024" with concerts in the country and culmination in the Arena Sofia hall. The series of musical events will begin in his hometown of Pleven - on July 10. After that, concerts are planned in Varna - July 13, Stara Zagora - July 18, Burgas - July 21, Plovdiv - August 7, and Veliko Tarnovo on October 9. On November 28, Lubo Kirov will return to the largest multifunctional hall in the country "Arena Sofia" for a spectacular show. In 2021, during the COVID-19 crisis, he made one of the most significant musical events in the country. As its name suggests, "New Tour 2024" will be a completely new experience for Lyubo Kirov's audience. He is currently working on an album, which is expected to be released during the year, and together with his team, he is once again preparing an uncompromising music show.
Fresh year, fresh setlist. Lyubo Kirov rolls into 2025 on the momentum of his studio album Novo sârtse, released in mid‑June 2024, which added new anthems to a catalog fans already sing word for word. Expect those latest tracks to sit alongside the songs that built his name—arranged for a full live band with the punch and finesse his tours are known for.
Before the solo years, Kirov fronted the pop‑soul group TE, a formative stretch that honed the slick grooves and tight harmonies you hear at today’s shows. His first solo album, Lubo 2010, introduced staples such as I Can (Moga), Govori mi na “ti”, Na kraya na sveta and the TV‑theme hit Zabranena lyubov, plus a duet with Italian singer Alessia D’Andrea. That arc—bandleader to chart‑topping soloist—gives his concerts rare range: intimate ballads one moment, high‑energy pop and rock the next.
Kirov’s studio and stage success have been paired with industry recognition. In 2021, his single “Tseluni me” earned top honors at the BG Radio Music Awards, including BG Song and BG Lyrics, while a collaboration with Stanley and Hristo Mutafchiev took the BG Blend category. He also brought his ear for voices to television as a coach on The Voice of Bulgaria in 2021 and 2022—experience that shows in the precision and polish of his live bandleading.
If you’re mapping your live‑music calendar beyond 2025, keep an eye on future dates already shaping up here: Lubo Kirov 2026. For more Bulgarian pop greats from the same scene, explore fellow Voice coach Miro 2026; if your taste leans rock, the veteran power of Concert of B.T.R. is a perfect companion night out.
However you discovered Lyubo Kirov—through TE, a TV theme that stuck, or a recent hit—this tour connects those eras in one tight, emotionally charged show. Arrive early, warm up the vocals, and let the band do the rest.
