The voucher is purpose-specific – it is valid only for events by certain producers/organizers listed on the ticket.bg website.

Validity: 12 months from the date of issue. After expiration, any unused balance is forfeited.

 

Usage:

On ticket.bg, at the final payment step, enter the voucher code in the "Promo code" field.

It can be used multiple times until its full value is spent.

The ticket amount is deducted from the available balance.

If the order total exceeds the voucher balance, the difference must be paid.

 

 

Restrictions:

The voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

It is not valid for events outside the specified producers.

It cannot be combined with promo codes or discounts unless otherwise stated.

 

Cancelled events:
In case of a cancelled event, the ticket value is refunded as a balance on the voucher.

 

Lost voucher:
In case of loss or unauthorized use, the value cannot be restored.
